Fruit Pulp Mix:

Tin baby food APPLE, FRUIT SALAD, FRUIT MIXES not the custard ones
Put about 4 teaspoons of tin baby food ¼ tspn honey/maltexo sprinkle of pollen crushed wet –bix add boiled water and mix it together.

Wet Mix:

1 tspn spirilina
2 tspns dolimite powder
2 tspns brewers yeast
1 tspn kelp granules
5 crushed wet-bix
2 pkt baby farex
½ pkt egg custard
½ tspn ornithon
12 crushed malt biscuits
¼ cup glucose powder
¼ cup weatgerm flakes

Combine the above ingredients in a food processor mix together well store in it tight container in a cool dry place.

Mix it up with hot water in the dish you are going to give it in add enough hot water to make a smooth consistency like yogurt.

Also offer fresh fruit veggies and greens on a regular daily basis.
