This is the new pair of Yellow-bibs, they are supposed to be a breeding pair
and are bonded.
The female, at rear, has nice clean and very red plumage and looks in excellent condition,
however the male is a more patchy orange/red colour. He should look the same
as the female and his colour may be due to recent moulting or an
insufficient diet.
Both are quite shy and have never had too much human company.
The male Scaley close to them in the next aviary was also obtained from the
same source as these Yellow-bibs and was apparently in the same aviary as them
for at least a year. He appears bonded to the Yellow-bibs.
