Richard has been a user on kcbbs since 1990 and from late 1994 became
more involved in providing technical support. Currently he contracts to
provide customer installation setup for DDS and ISDN connections into KC.
During 1995 and 1996 he has set up and continues providing technical support
for many NZ NZ Internet Service Providers.
